Markus Antonio Jones, 22, long-time Rogers resident and recently of Pontiac, Michigan passed away unexpectedly Thursday, October 14, 2021. Markus was born October 17, 1998 in Fort Smith and was the son of Sherry Pollick Jones and Kevin Finis Jones. He loved the outdoors including fishing, hunting, riding 4- wheelers and had worked in landscaping. Survivors include his daughter, Maria Torolski and her mother, Nicole Torolski of Brighton, Michigan; his parents, Sherry and Kevin Jones of Rogers; 2 sisters, Katie Jones of Rogers and Lynita Jones of Fort Smith; a brother, Michael Jones (Shaylea) of Bella Vista; his grandparents, Russell Jones (Vivian) of Rogers and David Pollick (Brenda) Pollick of Neosho, Missouri; numerous extended family members and dear friends. Services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021 with Visitation beginning at 1:00pm and his Funeral Service at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Interment will follow in Rogers Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
