The Beta Sigma chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society, International are grieving the news of Mary Jo’s passing.  She was an active member since 1988. Mary Jo faithfully wrote our yearbook and provided copies for each sister. We are going to miss her tremendously.

Mary Jo and Von her late and cherished husband were two peas in a pod. 

She was always so happy when they were together as they are now..     in their  brand new bodies with flowing freshwater and green pastures…. All around them.


I Became acquainted with Mary Jo having floated  and fished with her husband on the beautiful white river ..  


Mary Jo,  enormously kind and beautiful lady.
One of Mary Jo‘s greatest qualities was her integrity…

She will be missed in my condolences to her family and friends

Memories of Aunt Mary Jo always make me smile. 
She always welcomed family with smiles and hugs.
So thankful she was part of our family.

What a sweet girl/lady. It was my pleasure to know her for 3 years while we were students  together at Ambassador College, Big Sandy, Texas.
We were band mates for 3 years, and I never heard a bad note. RIP sweet lady.

My dearest cousin Mary Jo:
I will forever cherish our shared history. I have been reliving so many memories from our childhood, adolescence, and adult years. I feel your absence deep inside my heart. What I wouldn’t give for one more sunny afternoon sitting with you on the balcony of the Basin Park Hotel. My peace is knowing your suffering was brief, and you were surrounded by love as you departed this world.

It's sad to learn of Mary Jo's passing.  She was such a sweet person!  We were Classmates of RHS'65.  She was one of the youngest of our class (5 days short of 77yo).  My Condolences to her Family and Friends.  -- Carroll Schell
