Arkansas when she was 4 years old. She grew up there and graduated from Siloam Springs High School in 1949. She was an active member of the Church Of Christ throughout her life. On
October 23, 1952, she married Jack Garner. They made their home in Rogers for the next 59 years.
She and Jack worked together in the family business and in doing church work in Northwest Arkansas. Rosemary was known for her hospitality and service to others and teaching first grade Bible class
for decades. Her home was always open to others for meals and visits. She had numerous friends that she kept in contact with over the years. She was loved dearly and will be missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack, a daughter, Nancie Bailey, and a brother, Merrill Jean Hubbard.
Survivors are a son, Reece Garner (Sherri) of Seligman, MO; a son-in-law, Jimmy Bailey of Signal Mountain, TN; 5 grandchildren - Kia Fitzgerald (Matt) of Cave Springs, AR, Landon Garner (Brandi) of
Rogers, Jocelyn Bailey of Nashville, TN, Kyndall Finnell (Blake) of Maumelle, AR and Laura Franklin (Ted) of Signal Mountain, TN. She was adored by 9 great grandchildren: Reese and Brooks
Fitzgerald, Brynlee, Emma, Jack and Jude Garner, Evie and Garner Finnell and Fiver Franklin.
Her life will be celebrated with a visitation at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, Thursday, December 17 from 4-7 p.m. There will be a private family service Friday, December 18, with burial in Benton County
Memorial Park cemetery.
Memorials can be made in her memory to Green Valley Bible Camp (Rogers), Southern Christian Home (Morrilton) and Hope Harbor (Claremore, OK).
