Victor graduated in 1976 from Bentonville High School and then attended Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri. He began his love of serving the Lord as a pastor. He loved teaching kids how to hunt, fish and play sports. He was loved by so many kids. While a youth pastor, he had the privilege of mentoring many of these kids and was so proud of them all. He was perfect for this ministry because he was a big kid himself.
Victor was also a big Razorback Fan and attended as many games as he could. Victor was super competitive when he played sports and was quite an athlete. He umpired softball games as long as he could up to the end of his life.
He was also very well known in the area for his ability to cut wood and roof homes. He enjoyed doing these things immensely.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Victor is survived by the love of his life Sol Estrella Marrero of Clinton, Massachusetts; his brother, Stephen Ferguson of Pea Ridge; sisters, Lotawanna (John) Bruner of Seligman and Nedra Forbes of Centerton; uncle, Bill Stidham of Eureka Springs; nephew, Justin Williams, who he was proud to raise as his own son; and many other nephews and nieces.
Vic was truly a family man and will be missed by all.
