

William H. Farley, age 85, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on January 31, 2012 in Rogers. He was born August 30, 1926 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Earl and Mary Eskridge Farley. William graduated from Will Rogers High School in Tulsa with the class of 1944. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy having served during World War II. He retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone after 35 years of service. He was also active with the Rogers VFW Post 3031 where he had been All State Post Commander. He retired to Beaver Lake to fish and play golf.
Survivors include 2 sons Bob and his wife Marie Farley and David and his wife Becky Farley both of Tulsa, Oklahoma. 1 Sister Virginia Elliott of Tulsa, Oklahoma, 6 grandaughters and 7 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 Brother, Bob Farley and 1 Sister, Marjorie Snyder.
A visitation will be held on Saturday February 4th from 2:00 until 5:00 PM at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service will follow visitation at the VFW Post 3031 at 6:30 PM. A Military service will be held on Monday February 6th at 10:00 AM at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Arrangements are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
