

William G. Glynn, age 73, of Rogers, died August 4, 2011, at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County, Arkansas. He was born in Chicago on September 1, 1937, to the late George and Marie (Hornoff) Glynn. He retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1994 after 37 years of service. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Sandra (Balczynski) Glynn of the home; children, Kelley Mitros of Hot Springs, Ark., Karen Norman and husband Charles of Hot Springs, Ark.; Mike Glynn and wife Jennifer of Rifle, Colo.; grandchildren, Michael Johnson, Shaun Johnson, Brian Johnson, McAllister Glynn, Delaney Glynn, Will Glynn; and great grandchildren Hayden, Emerald, Maddox and Isabella.
Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2011, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, Ark. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Bentonville, Ark. Interment will follow in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery in Rogers, Ark.
Memorials may be made to Boys Town or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
