

William's early life began in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He attended and graduated from Rogers High School and later pursued higher education at the University of Arkansas. His career was marked by his service in the United States Marine Corps, followed by a successful tenure in the insurance industry. He earned his CPA in Florida and was employed by the Federal Government.
In his personal life, William was preceded in death by his parents, James C Graham and Wanda L Graham. He is survived by his sister, Susan Cato, brother-in-law Jett Cato, nephew Justin Cato and his wife Ginny Cato, and a great-nephew, Jett M Cato, all of Rogers. William was a part of the Cherokee nation, a heritage he held dear.
Military Honors will be held at Rogers Cemetery, located at 510 S 10th St, Rogers, AR 72756, on February 6, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Circle of Life, in gratitude for the impact William had on those around him.
