Debra Carol Dukes

Debbie was the daughter of Jo Holder and the late Tom Holder.

She was a graduate of Georgia Southern University and was employed by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of TN as Manager of Behavioral Health. Debbie was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her loving husband, Doug, children Jonathan (Tiffany) Dukes and Twilla (Billy) Ratliff, 6 grandchildren of Simms, TX, sister Nancy (Ricky) Payne, niece Amy (Zack) Raiford, great nephews Cody Dobbs, Jake Dobbs, great niece Makenna Raiford, aunt Dean Guinn, all of Rome, aunt Ann Welden of Anderson, SC, cousins Jane Fink of Anderson, SC and Randy Holder of Stevenson, AL.

Pallbearers include Freddie Dukes, Rick Dukes, Ricky Payne, Zack Raiford, Cody Dobbs and Jake Dobbs.

Visitation was held at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm with a service that followed at 1:00 pm. A graveside service was held in Stevenson, AL at 4:30 pm EST.
