Mr. Marvin Marcell Culpepper, age 88, of Gore Rd., Rome, GA passed away Saturday morning, January 2, 2016 following a brief illness.
Mr. Culpepper was born on July 27, 1927, son of the late Archie Marvin Culpepper and Ona Zula Cook Culpepper.
