Nancy was born in 1938 to Leon and Janett McCullough in Rome, Georgia. Nancy was a 1956 graduate of Rome High School. Upon graduation, she attended Shorter College in Rome, Georgia. Thereafter, she took a position as a ‘stewardess’ with Delta Airline. Nancy worked in offices at Adairsville Elementary, Middle School, and High School for many years. In 1986, Nancy took a position with the Clerk of the Floyd County Superior Court. She remained at the Clerk’s office until her retirement in 2005. She was a smiling face and always willing to help anyone who came to the courthouse.
Nancy was a Parishioner at St. Mary’s Catholic Church for over 40 years. She was an avid member of the Rosary Group and loved seeking out new adventures all over the world with the Traveling Saints.
