Miss Sara Frances Harvey, 89, of Rome, passed away October 18, 2013, at a Cartersville, GA health care center.
Miss Harvey was born June 12, 1924, in Rome, the daughter of the late David Harvey and Fannie Mooney Harvey. It was her wish to be cremated with no services planned at the present time.
