William Anderson Valentine

He is survived by his wife Laura, sons Dane and Blaine all of Plainville, GA, mother Patricia Wilson (Ralph) of Bloomingdale, OH, brother Donald Valentine (Cecilia) of Newark, OH, sisters Theresa Valentine of Weirton, WV and Christine Valentine of Weirton, WV; and many other family and friends around the world. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald G Valentine and his grandparents Kenneth and Sophie Church.

Bill led a full life living in many places and working in a variety of professions including law enforcement, construction, farming, and was the infamous Wild Bill of Wild Bill's Trading Post. For the past eleven years he had settled down in North Georgia. He was an active member of the Model Community and a member of the Bartow County Saddle Club, Red Carpet Cattle Association, and Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 22nd, 2015 from 4:30pm to 7:30 pm at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 3000 Garden Lakes Blvd, Rome, GA 30165.

There will be a Celebration of Life service on Wednesday, December 23, 2015, 11AM at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family through Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
