Born on September 20, 1931, in Roseville to Italian immigrant parents, Ed was a proud graduate of Roseville High School. He attended Sacramento City College before entering the U.S. Army, where he served honorably during the Korean War, including on Pork Chop Hill. Following his military service, he graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.
Ed enjoyed a long and successful career in the brokerage business, spanning more than 60 years, and retired from RBC Wealth Management. He was deeply devoted to his family, valued lifelong friendships, and took great pride in his Italian heritage. Known for his love of dogs, Ed was rarely without biscuits in his pocket to share with any dog he encountered. A true gentleman with a humble heart, he will be forever missed by those who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Diana Mori; his daughters, Claire (John) McFadden and Catherine (David) Kendall; and his grandsons, Zachary McFadden and Alexander McFadden.
A memorial Mass will be held on Friday, January 16th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (615 Vine Avenue, Roseville, CA 95678) with a reception to follow at Il Fornaio (1179 Galleria Boulevard, Roseville, CA 95678).
