Joseph Valdez, aka Rufus Valadez, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2016. A proud Marine veteran, he enjoyed playing the lottery, reading the paper, watching documentaries and anything animated; he enjoyed listening to country music, especially Johnny Cash. He was a football fan with a special love for his 49ers. A lover of frogs and his feline friend, Skittles. He was witty, thoughtful, and grateful. Passionate in his beliefs, with a sweet disposition. He was very much loved and will be missed immensely.
