Louise June Connolly, age 88, passed away peacefully at her home in Rocklin. Born in San Francisco in 1923, Louise was the daughter of Antone and Sentina Barbaria, and is survived by her brother Frank Barbaria (Elizabeth), Vince Barbaria (Adeline) and Patricia Hanson, and pre-deceased by her husband Joseph J. Connolly, daughter-in-law Linda Connolly, and brother-in-law Carl Hanson.
Louise was the loving mother of Dennis Connolly (Carolyn), James Connolly (Carla), Richard Connolly (Sheryl), and Kathy Ertola (Richard), and proud Grandma and Nana to 11 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren, and a loving friend to many.
Louise and Joe raised their family in Redwood City, California where they were actively involved as one of the founding families of St. Pius Parish. After moving from the Bay Area to Sacramento in 1991, Louise became very involved at St. Rose Parish in Roseville, and the St. Vincent De paul's Kitchen, where she cooked for the homeless for 10 years. Louise's spirit was one of complete love to all who knew her.
