Michael Bruce Twilla, 75, of Carmichael, Ca, was born to Alfred and Inge Twilla on December 2, 1950, at Lackland Airforce Base outside San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father: Alfred, mother: Ingeborg, brother: Steve, uncle: Egon. He is survived by his wife: Cecile, children: Sean (Janelle), Seth (Sara), Shane (Estefania), grandchildren: Grace, Alexandra, Chloe, Charles, Bennett, and Violet, his sister: Karen, and sister-in-law: Sydnee.
He was known for his strong work ethic and dependability. He was always willing to help with whatever project or challenge you had; you knew you could call Mike. His ability to fix anything was a skill he used to support and spend time with his family and friends. When he wasn't helping to tackle projects, he could be found playing golf, watching golf or the Dallas Cowboys, or at his grandchildren's various sporting events. He was a constant, reliable presence and his unwavering loyalty to those in his life was immeasurable and inspiring. His sharp wit and disarming charm were unmatched characteristics, and his welcoming way meant there wasn't a place in this world where he went that his energy and impact wasn't felt. Mike will truly be missed.
