Richard E Rumrill, born on October 19, 1923 in Gloversville, New York, passed away on March 5, 2013 in Roseville,California at the age of 89 years. A long time General Aviation Engineer for General Electric, Richard previously lived in Apple Valley, California. He served his country proudly through the United States Navy. Richard is survived by his family, children, Richard J Rumrill (Paula) of Belfair, Washington, Daniel Rumrill of Santa Rosa, California and Kellee Rumrill of Bremerton, Washington; Grandchildren, Angie, Devon, and Alyssa; Great Grandchildren, Stenner, Sierra, Symphony and Dylan; Brother, Peter Rumrill and Sister, Marilyn. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia and Son, J Patrick. A Celebration of his life was held on Friday March 22, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. with Military Honors at 3:00 p.m. at 1881 Fallen leaf Lane, Lincoln,California.
