Walter Forrest Frechette, 89, passed away September 28, 2021 from cancer. A native of Pawtucket, RI and a resident of Citrus Heights since 1980. He is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Lorraine. Walter was an extremely hard worker and loved his career as a Master Hand Engraver. He was devoted to his family and known by all as the sweetest man you could ever meet.
Walter is survived by three sisters; Jeannette, Dorcas and Mary. His sons; Bryan and Brad (Sheri), his daughter; Brenda (Robert), his granddaughters; Corinne and Brittany, and his three great granddaughters.
Walter was our tower of strength and will be greatly missed.
There will be a graveside service held at Mount Vernon Memorial Park on October 12, 2021 @ 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that you make a donation to your preferred cancer research organization.
