Survived by his sisters June (James) Randall, Margaret (Tate) Cole, Betty (Roger) Sponaugle, and brother Tony DiBacco. Also survived by his sons Kelly and Bruce (Shari). Grandchildren: Matthew (Alison) , Jacob (Anna), Rebekah Yust (Ryan), and Daniel. As well as 4 Great Grandchildren: Mason and Raegan Yust, Audrey and Luke Anderson (Jacob and Anna). Bill is preceded in death by his parents William George Anderson and Melissa Hensley-DiBacco. Also, his wife Laura Belle (Graf).
Bill lived an adventurous life in the hills of West Virginia as a child. He loved to hunt, fish, and most of all play sports. He was a 3-sport star at Mark Twain High School and was most proud of his basketball teams State playoff run his junior year.
Bill enlisted in the military at the early age of 17 years old. He was an airplane mechanic for the U. S. Air Force for 4 years, which stationed him in California.
While serving, he met his future wife ( of 58 years) Laura. They started a family and raised their two boys in Roseville, CA.
Bill was barber early in his career and after many years of cutting hair, he got hired on at Sacramento Traffic and Signs Division. He spent 25 years serving the Sacramento County community and retired as a Lead Foreman.
In retirement he loved to golf, spend time with family, and be a wonderful grandfather to his 4 grandkids. Bill was a giving, selfless, and Godly man who touched many lives with his friendly and patient heart. He has left this earthly place with a true legacy and entered into God's presence for eternity.
