With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Cheryl Lyn (Cher) Petrone on March 1, 2024 at the age of 63. Born Essex, Ontario on May 13, 1960, Cher was the cherished daughter of the late Frank and Mary Balogh.
Cher will be forever remembered for her deep compassion, quiet strength and the unwavering love she had for her family and friends. She was a beacon of kindness in touching the lives of many with her gentle spirit.
Left to honor, share and remember her love are her beloved husband of many years, Patrick and their loving children Tara, Jessica, Justin, Michael, Tyler and Joseph. Cher was an adored nana to Jada, Gianna, Parker, Aria, Gabriella, Nyx and was excitedly anticipating the arrival of a new grandchild.
Her memory will be treasure by all who knew her, including her numerous friends and extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her caring brother Lawrence and Richard.
The Petrone family extends their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
A visitation for Cher will be held on March 15, 2024 from 3-8pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville, MI, where we will come together to honor her life.
Cher’s presence will be dearly missed but her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire all. As we bid her farewell we take comfort in the knowledge that Cher is at rest and her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
