James A. ‘Jim’ Polk, age 49 of Warren, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2012 at St. John Hospital in Warren. Jim was a 1981 Warren Mott H.S. graduate and an avid classic car enthusiast, particularly early model Mustangs. He was the loving son of L.C. and Carol Polk. Dear brother of Keith (Annie) Polk and Lisa (Matthew Cameron) Polk-Cameron. Jim is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
