A rebel with a cause who preferred to live off the grid, Joe still maintained all the responsibilities that come along with living an honest life. He was a hard worker, dedicating his time to the construction business. When he wasn't working, Joe was making the most of life. He had an eccentric personality and was a drummer in the band ‘Luv Lite’. He was a very generous and humble man; uncommon traits on their own, even more rare together. As a true creative artist, he crafted many unique works of art that displayed both beauty and meaning. Most of all, Joe was a devoted family man with a huge heart. He will be deeply missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing him.
Joe was the loving father of Nancy Jo (Christian) Kulikowski and Michael Angelo Tocco. Proud grandfather of Lincoln Kulikowski and Lucy Kulikowski. Cherished son of Mary F. Tocco and the late William Tocco. Dear brother of Marilyn (Joseph) Grazioli and the late Brian Tocco. Uncle of Amy Goller and Scott Wojtylo.
