Lynwood had a deep love for music and pursued this passion as a disc jockey, entertaining at countless weddings and parties. He had a special talent for captivating audiences with renditions of Elvis Presley's hits, bringing energy and spirit to every event. Beyond music, Lynwood was an avid sports fan, with unwavering loyalty to the Lions and Tigers.

Beloved husband of Nancy for 41 years. Loving father of Ronald Young, Scott Young, Colleen (Robert) Hassar, Donna (Terry) Boatwright, and stepfather of Michael (Sherry) Herubin, James (Nora) Herubin and Brian Herubin. Proud grandfather of Michael (Brooke) Herubin, Riley Herubin, Brett Young, Collin Hassar, Jesse Hassar, Brenden Young, Tera Boatwright, Hayden Boatwright and Braxton Boatwright. Dear brother of Gary Young.
