Marilyn J. Craft

Marilyn Jean Craft, 71, a lifetime resident of Macomb County, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Craft was born March 22, 1941 to Edward and Joyce (née Nephew) Smyth. On June 6, 1959 Marilyn married Ronald Craft at St. Basil Catholic Church in East Detroit. Together they had two sons: Ronald (Donna) and Vincent (Sue). She was blessed with four grandchildren, Steven (Angela), Keven, Ronnie and Danielle. Marilyn also cherished her great-granddaughter, Kayla, with whom she enjoyed spending every Friday. From a large family, Marilyn also leaves many sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. Marilyn was particularly close to her sister Rose and Rose's family who have been so helpful and giving through her illness. To all who knew Marilyn she was an especially good wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, and friend. She was an avid reader and cross-word puzzle solver.

Visitation will be on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Kaul Funeral Home - 28433 Jefferson (at Martin Road), St. Clair Shores from 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2012. Private Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Roseville.
