    We will remember Nell for her wit and wisdom.  She had a deep love for the Lord and His church and did so much in so many ways. Truly a memorable lady!

We gong to be miss her. I ack about her when I see here bother

Nell was always up to mischief to make people laugh. She and I bonded over a prank at the women's retreat at MCC. We switched pillows on our friends. One lady was very upset. We laughed and swore each other to secrecy! I loved her very much. She had a heart of gold. Laura Long (Toledo, Ohio)

I went to school with  daughter Jeannie, she is married to my  parents good friends George Sr & Mildred  Price son. We lived on Compson. I remember going to the Chamblee home lots of times thruout the years. Always fun and happy times.  May the lord get you thru this difficult time. I remember when I was a little girl I used to deliver newspapers to her and Mr. Chambee every day and was the nicest lady ever. She took me to church every Sunday morning and always had a smile on her face. She was always so nice to me and my family. My thoughts are prayers are with her family.

When practicing a song for a wedding at the rehearsal,  Nell suggested we, Ruth Watson and myself, stand in the baptistry and sing, "May the bird of paradise fly up your nose."  We have always greeted each other over the years with this saying. It is with this fond memory that I will remember her sense of humor along with her love of the Lord.  Blessings to the family in this difficult time of loss.  We will see her again by the river of life.

Miss Nell lived next door to us for 11 wonderful years.  She was the most beautiful and loving woman we had ever met.  Every time she would see our children outside she would offer to give them a piece of candy or a little individual container of haagen-Dazs ice cream! She made sure she always had their favorite kinds and for nothing more than to see their smiles in return.  She helped me maintain my garden when my thumb was not as green as it needed to be and truly enjoyed sharing stories about her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was so incredibly proud of her family!  She loved that our son would call her "Hey Neighbor" even though he knew her name was Miss Nell.  The impact that she made on our family is a true blessing.

My prayers are with you during this time.  I know God is able to hold you close to His heart and comfort you.  I will truly miss my sister-friend.  She had such a love for the Lord and a joyful spirit. Moreover, she was truly a light to the world.

The Terry Watson Family will miss this wonderful, hilariously funny friend of the family, and 2nd Mom to Terry.  Prayers for Nellie's Family!!

Our favorite memories with Nell are all the moments we shared together on the porch or patio drinking cokes or coffee and listening to her stories.

We loved her so much.  She will be missed by many.  Our love and prayers to her sweet family.  Garry & Jo Martin
