Sidney W. Hofmann, age 97 of St. Clair Shores, passed away December 17, 2012. He was the beloved husband of the late Nadine for 52 years. Loving father of Barbara (Hal Pringle), Robert (Cynthia), Edward (Ruthmarie) and William (Marsha). Dear grandfather of Caitlin (Kaveh) Kashef, Andrew (Annette), Jordan, Rachel and Britta. Sidney never met a dog he didn’t love. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave., Roseville. He will lie in state on Friday at 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 22915 Greater Mack in St. Clair Shores.
