William W. “Bill” Loose, age 65 of Roseville, passed away February 3, 2012. Bill served honorably as a Roseville Police officer and retired with 32 years of service. He was also a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. Bill was the beloved husband of Pam. Loving father of Chuck (Erin), Vicky, Dawn Sandler, and Billy. Dear grandfather of Danny and 11 other grandchildren.
