All of us, of the rendezvous group from Curwood Festival, Owosso Michigan, want to send our sincere  condolences’s, for the loss of your loved one, William Miller “Butch” as we knew him. We all have great memories of the time spent with him. May he RIP.  He always spent every night at the group campfire, many a great stories we had. Sending this group photo.

Bill was a valuable part of our family. We all grew up together like the little rascals. He stayed with us through thick and thin, all these years. One time, he was on his way to an historical reenactment in Mackinaw City, and stopped by Wolverine for a visit. I was due at the hospital for surgery on my colon that day and was very nervous. He came to the hospital with George and I and sat with us in the waiting room. I hope he knew how much that meant to me. He was truly a dear friend.


I had known Bill since childhood.  He was a fine man, caring, respectful and funny.  As busy as he was he always made candles for my family at Christmas time.  No matter what time of day it was he would always say 'good morning' when he greeted us.  You will be missed Bill.

So sorry to hear of the passing of our dear dear friend Bill. I was our brother from another Mother. My deepest sympathy to his family. He was a well loved man whom everyone enjoy his company. He was at home where ever he went. Bill was part of the fabric of my childhood being the youngest Barbret on our end of the street. There isn't a time or special occasion that he was not there. Helping us work on cars, going hunting. surveying the lots for a couple of houses. He was always willing to help with always a smile on his face. He made the world a better place just by being in it and alongside Martha I am sure they are making heaven a better place too.

Butch was a great listener and friend.  He was easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor.  He will be missed and remembered fondly by our entire family.  Rest in peace, Butch.

Bill was a wonderful Dad.  He always treated me like a daughter.  I will always remember at Brad's wedding when it was the Daddy daughter dance.  Half way through the dance he came over to me and invited me to dance with him.  I said I am not your daughter.  He said you certainly are and I hope you always will be.  I loved that man so much.  I will miss him everyday.
