Born to Shanala Fischer-Williams and Sean Ameer Lowe on March 31, 2015, Cameron was a happy, joyous, playful and loving light to his parents and all who knew him. Full of energy, Cameron possessed a calm beyond his years -- the revealing trait of an "old soul". His alert gaze was steady and he often looked deeply, soulfully into the eyes of those who met him. During his brief stay on Planet Earth, Cameron graced the lives of those who had the privilege of meeting him. He will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his mother Shanala Fischer-Williams, 26; his maternal grandmother, Sally Washington, his paternal grandmother Denise Marie Filmore; uncles Eddie Augustus, 30, Chris Anthony Fischer, 26, Terry Miles, 16; a cousin, Dezmond, 10; great aunts, Janet Fischer and Theresa Pool; great uncles, Chris Fischer and Clifford Gerard Filmore; and an extended family of cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Sean Ameer Lowe, 29, his great grandfather William Moses Filmore and his great uncle Tony Fischer.
