Mrs. Catherine Morris, 93 of Stone Mountain, GA passed away on Sept 3, 2012. She was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a graduate of Young Harris College and worked for the phone company after graduation. She was also a long time member of St. Timothy United Methodist Church. She was preceeded in death by her husband of 44 years, Pete, who died Jan. 14, 1993. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Doug) Irvine, grandsons, Scott (Katie) and Ryan (Ashley) Irvine, and 3 great grandchildren, Asher, Aubrey and Sullivan Irvine. A Memorial Service will be held 4 p.m., Fri., Oct. 5, 2012 at Mt. Pisgah UMC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Timothy's UMC or Young Harris College. Roswell Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
