I am sorry for Gail's passing. I worked for Child Support for for 30 years and was  very touched by Gail. She was a good friend and was so knowledgeable. My prayers are with her mother and thYWe rest of her family. She was really a wonderful person .

I worked with Gail at Child Support.  I have lots of fond memories of her. She was a very kind lady and will be missed.

Gail was a pioneer in the Georgia Child Support program as Training Coordinator and as coordinator for the Fatherhood Initiative. I’ll never forget Gail. Our first ‘encounter’ was when I was a brand new child support agent in Albany Ga in 1976.  It was over the telephone and while we were talking she said “you smoke don’t you”?  Surprised, I said “how’d you know”? She said “ I heard your labored breathing “. Those words were instrumental in me stopping smoking soon after that conversation. Perhaps she saved my life.  Gail was a force of nature. She made working for Child Support fun and engaging. It was a pleasure to work and play with her over those many years. She brought so much happiness and good memories throughout her Child Support career.  A true Child Support icon.  RIP sweet, wonderful Gail.

Gail and I were best friends during our later teens until our mid- twenties.  We had great times traveling to Panama City Beach, and Daytona, and Orlando, Fl.  Six flags and Disneyworld were terrific adventures. Many fun trips to the Varsity, and the Fox, and other theaters for wonderful movies and concerts kept us on the road.  God protected us during those times. Camp Fire Girls kept us close and we went to the New York World's fair in 1964 with our parents and more parents and Camp fire girls.  We were happy.  
      We both graduated from Georgia State College and retired from the State of Georgia.  I got married in 1975, but Gail and I stayed in touch at Christmas and birthdays.  We had the kind of love and friendship that time and distance didn't separate.  We could take up where we left off.  See you later Gail.  Love ya girl, Nancy Ginn Hulsey

She will always be Mama Gail for my family and I. As part of the group of state attorneys that she did the booking for and she always took care of us.  Gail was always asking about our families. Mine were lucky enough to meet and remember her.  I remember arriving early at conferences and helping her and her mom unload, believe me she could pack, it always took several cart loads.  She was always optimistic, cheerful and protective of us.  I remember watching her nephew in the pool on Tybee Island. She was loved by so many, things were never the same after she left.  Prayers for everyone who has a special memory of Gail, prayers for her mother and the rest of her family and friends.

A remarkable woman who brought creativity, enthusiasm and energy to her work as it related to meetings and conferences that she arranged and organized.  And yes, always fun was part of her plans.  Her spirit and love for her tasks now have ended.  May she rest in the peace and love of the God that she trusted.

I have so many fond memories of Gail! She was a wonder at planning conferences and all sorts of events. Beyond that she loved her family dearly and spoke of them often.
