Geneva "Gennie" Lowe Blanch

Mrs. Geneva Lowe Blanch, age 79, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Monday February 20, 2023. She was affectionately known as “Gennie”. Geneva was born on June 17, 1943 in Atlanta, Georgia, a daughter to the late Shelby Forrest Lowe and Era Cochran Lowe. She loved the Lord and her family. Throughout her life she was a Sunday school teacher, taught children’s church, and was on the prayer team. She was a member of Johnson’s Ferry Baptist Church.

Geneva was an incredible wife, a wonderful mom and “Grammy”. She was beautiful, kind and generous. Her faith allowed her the strength to battle two and a half years of leukemia. She will certainly be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Richard Blanch, three daughters, Donna Antoskow, husband Micheal, of Woodstock Georgia, Deborah Brown, husband Chris, of Woodstock Georgia, and Delana Lee, husband David, of Canton Georgia; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren; six sisters and one brother; and several nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.

A funeral service honoring the life of Mrs. Geneva Blanch will be held at 2:00 in the afternoon on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in the chapel of Roswell Funeral Home with the Reverend Jonathan Wood officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until the service hour on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 at funeral home. Interment will follow in the Green Lawn Cemetery of Roswell.
