John Thomas Wiley, Sr, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away at age 82 on Friday, August 1, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Louise Lett Wiley, his three children Amy Diaz, Joy Curnin, John (Jill) Wiley Jr. ; and their children, Julia and Jonathan Diaz, Emily (Ryan) Le Blanc, Peter John Curnin, Jack and Josh Wiley. John was a native Atlantan, a graduate of Brown High School and a graduate of Georgia Tech. He was employed with Allstate Insurance for 40 years as a Senior Account Agent. John and his wife are charter members of Johns Creek Baptist church where John was Deacon Emeritus. Services will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Johns Creek Baptist Church where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, Rev. David White will officiate. Interment will follow with Military Honors at Green Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at The Roswell Funeral Home.
