Lincoln Dean Farmer

Dean was born on October 22, 1942 in Huntland, Tennessee to Milton and Mary Farmer. He married Susan Gardner on June 8th, 1967. Dean was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

In Dean’s early years he joined the Air Force for 4 years and was honorably discharged as a Sargent. During his tenure with the Air Force, he met Susan Gardner in Miami, Florida.

On June 8, 1967, Dean married Susan Gardner and began their life together living in Miami, Florida. Dean began going to college at Miami Dade Community College and achieved an associate degree in computer science.

In 1987, Dean had moved to Georgia with Susan. He continued with his programming career until he started as a bus driver in 2004 for Fulton County until his retirement in 2022.

Left to Cherish his memory is his wife: Susan Farmer; Children: Jason and Misty Farmer, Laurie and Lewie DeBoard, and Andrew Farmer; Grandchildren: Alexis Farmer, Anthony Farmer; Trenton and Samantha Santos, Torie Flint; Dalton DeBoard; Great Grandchildren: Ellie Flint, Jensen Flint, Riley Santos, Maverick Santos; Brothers: Wade and Joyce Farmer, Ray and Carolyn Farmer, Tommy and Linda Farmer, Bill and Judy Farmer; and Sisters: Sue Farmer and Dorothy “Dot” Vanaetta

The family will be receiving family and friends at Roswell Funeral Home in Roswell, Georgia on Saturday May 7, 2022 at 2pm. He will be laid to rest at the Green Lawn Cemetery & Mausoleum at 3pm.
