Lulu Brune

Lulu E. Brune 94, of Roswell, GA, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt ,and friend passed away Saturday November 10, 2012. Born in Kansas City, Kansas, she had lived in Georgia the past 50 years. She was a very special lady with a deep love for her family and many friends. Lu was primarily a homemaker but did work as a secretary, hairdresser and bookkeeper. She was an accomplished quilter ,sewing by hand many beautiful quilts like her mother before her. She also was an excellent cook and baker, and loved making cookies and candies for her family and friends at Christmas each year. Lu is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Pat Brune. She is survived by her son, Alan "Rusty" and daughter-in-law, Kathy, grandsons, Greg and wife, Mauri, Mike, Chris and wife, Christine, and Matthew, great-grandson, Mac, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 13 from 6-8pm at Roswell Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will take place Wednesday, November 14 at 10am At Roswell Funeral Home and Green Lawn Cemetery, (770)993-4811.
