Mattie Burse

Mattie L. Burse, 79, of Roswell, Georgia, affectionately known by her family as "Gaga", departed this life on December 6, 2017, to enter eternal life. She leaves to cherish fond memories two daughters, Cheryl Brown (Wayne) and India Reid; seven grandchildren, Mia Deisz (Sean), Kenya Burse, Landria Pruitt, Jarius Brown, Jourdan Brown, Iman Reid and Joshua Reid; seven great grandchildren, Nicholas Howze, Christopher Burse, Bailey Deisz, Gabriel Allen, Alexander Burse, Grayson Burse and Amaya Harris; one brother, Robert Daniel; sister, Dorothy Manuel; stepmother, Jessie Mae Daniel; and a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, J.C. Daniel; mother, Luella Daniel; brothers, Herbert Daniel and James Daniel; sisters, Vickie Daniel and Irene Daniel; son, Gregory Burse; and grandson, Brandon Brown.

A visitation for Mattie L. Burse will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, Georgia 30076. The funeral service will also be held at Roswell Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 1:00 pm, and the burial to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery & Mausoleum, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, Georgia 30076.
