.Smiley, Energetic, Generous, Kind, Loving, Good Listener, Passionate, Successful, Smart…these are just some of the many adjectives that describe Nancy Hintz. Every letter that we read about her over the last few months described her with each of these adjectives. These are qualities that most people are lucky to have one or two and mom portrayed them all…all of the time!
Mom wore many hats throughout her life. She started off as an English teacher, then went into selling Real Estate, then became a General Sales Manager, to ultimately owning her own Construction/Real Estate Company with her husband, John. Mom was a very successful person both in her career and in life.
She gave to all around her. One of mom’s favorite things to do was to entertain with John. John would cook and mom would put out her famous “appetizers”, set the table and make sure everyone was having a good time. She always wore a huge smile on her face and loved people. People loved mom too. That is what made her so successful in business and in life. People trusted mom and her energy was so contagious that people always wanted to be around her.
Mom would not want us to be sad today, but she wants us to celebrate her life and share the memories that we had with her. We can carry her spirit with us wherever we go by living just as she did with generosity, forgiveness, and hope. Remember the good times we had with her and when we are out together keep those stories alive. We all have been touched by an amazing woman and we all have a story to tell.
Mom – we love, we miss you, and we will remember you always! Thank you for the blessing you brought to all of our lives just by being a part of it! Rest in peace…we love you!
