Professionally, Nat was the ultimate salesman, having over 60 years. He spent the last 17 years of his career in furniture sales, achieving many awards of excellence in his field. His smile, laugh and charismatic personality made him natural in this role.
Nat will be remembered by all as living his life to the fullest! He loved his family – both immediate and large extended family. He loved music and played the trombone both in the US Army Band and in the family band. Being a very social person, he was always the life of the party, especially if ice cream was involved. He was generous to a fault, and always helped those in need.
Nat is survived by his wife, Jane, his sons Brad (Judy) and Stephen, his daughter, Cindy (Tony) Chaapel, his grandchildren Jamie Griffith (Daniel), Ashley Coppolino (Andy), Clay & Annalie Chesin, and Hayden Chaapel, and his great-grandson Samuel Griffith. Nat is also survived by his brother, Marvin (Lois). Nat is preceded in death by his son, Scottie.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 1:00 P.M., Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, Georgia. An Interment will immediately follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
