Necati was a beloved father, grandfather, father-in-law, and husband. He was known for his kindness, generosity and his dedication to family, especially his daughters and grandchildren.
He will be deeply missed by his daughters Sarah Michelle Freer and Melissa Emine Ramsdail, his son-in-law Marcus Anderson Freer, and his grandchildren Emily Lynn Freer and Ethan Anderson Freer, family and friends.
