Our beloved sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, Patricia Megar Perritt Fowler left us on Monday, June 16th, 2014. Patricia was born in Atlanta, Georgia, graduated from Coral Gables Sr. High School. She attended the University of Georgia where she met her first husband, Louis Gaston "Pete" Perritt. They had two children, Christopher “Chris” Herbert Perritt and Elizabeth “Beth” Perritt Privitera. She later married Joe Fowler.
Patricia is preceded in death by both husbands, her daughter, Beth, her mother, Elizabeth Yarbrough Megar and her father, Herbert Leonard Megar. She is survived by her son, Chris and his wife, Mary Glenn, her sister, Diana Mosteller and her husband, Bill, her brothers, Robert and Mike Megar, and Mike’s wife, Sheryl, her granddaughters, Lindsay Privitera and Tiffany Ruddock. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 19th, from 6 to 8 o’clock in the evening and services will be held Friday, June 20th, 2014, 2 o’clock in the afternoon at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Rd, Alpharetta, GA, with interment following at Green Lawn Cemetery.
