Patsy Lee Franks, age 84, of Roswell,Georgia passed away peacefully on Monday, January 9th, 2023 in her home after a short fight with lung cancer. Originally from Bakersfield , California, Patsy moved to Roswell in 1977. Patsy was born to Chet and Juanita Green of Oildale on October 25th, 1939. Patsy graduated from North High in 1957.
Following high school she went on to work with American Airlines as a flight attendant based in New York City. In 1977, while working with the Continental Telephone Company she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. She ended her career working for the Northern Telecom in Atlanta.
She is survived by her only child, Les Franks, of New York City and grandsons Davis, Andrew and William and her sister Vicki Genova of Bakersfield.
A memorial services will be held at 11am on Tuesday January 17th at Roswell Funeral Home at 950 Mansell Road in Roswell, Georgia. There will be a reception immediately follow.
