My sincere sympathies.  Shelby, from looking at the slide show, I can tell your father really loved his family.  The good memories should help relieve the sorrow.

I am so very sorry to hear of Bobby's passing.  Our fathers were brothers.  I have not seen Bobby for many years, but I have always had the fondest memories of the little guy with blonde hair and a very big smile.  My condolences to his family. I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We worked together at Heery on several projects and lost track of each other after both departing for better opportunities. Later in the mid nineties we ran into each other in Decatur at my place of work. Bob hadn't changed a bit in all that time. God bless your family in this time of sorrow.

I first worked with Bob in 1998 or 1999.  He has taught me more about electrical design than any other.  He always had time for a question and wanted to make sure you understood the answer before he was through.  A great teacher and sharer of information.  I just learned of his passing this morning and will miss him.  My prayers will be with you in the coming days.  Make sure to always remember the great times.

So very sorry to hear about the passing of Bobby.  He was a very good friend to me through out our elementary school and high school years at Sylvan Hills High School. I always thought he had the sweetest smile. A little mischievous, like all the rest of the guys, but very, very sweet and super guy. Your family will always be in our prayers. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

I just found out about Bobby passing at 1:30AM I am so sorry for your lost  Bobby was by best friend in high school and for a time after that I was just thinking the outer day about all the dances we went to at Misty Waters and Fun Town

Would  loved to have shared some of his impact on my life. I  know God will give you grace durning the hard days of adjustment. I am thankful your family will be there for you. We love you.

I met Bob, Susie, Shelby and Matthew when I was in 1st grade.  They welcomed me into their home.. cared for me after school and in the summers. They became family. We got in trouble, and well deserved.. but my memories are of the fun, the smiles and the laughter. Bob, you left us too soon. So sorry to hear of his passing. Both Susie and Bobby worked with me back in 1963 or 64 until I quit to have my baby. That's where they feel in love and married. God bless this family. He was one nice guy.

Susie, I remember us going to Daytona. Bobby telling me I looked like a bab y without makeup. I had so many freckles. I remember applying for a job at Edmond's Associate's and failing the typing test. I didn't know about typing, I just wanted to work with ya'll.I remember going to Misty Waters, Fun Town, and the Star room down town. I remember spending the night. Bobby was always so sweet. He always made me feel like he was glad to hear from me. He was so personal to everybody. I liked Bobby a lot. Even though we live so far apart I will always care for you and your children. I remember us pushing our strollers to each others house when I lived on Donnelly Ave. We were both young. I know I didn't play tennis with you. I don't know how to play tennis, but I care for you. I am so sad about Bobby. He was a good person. I know you are going to have a hard time. If you need me I am here for you. I love you and Bobby,Shelby and Matthew. We go back a long way.I'm sorry. Bob was a wonderful friend, I really enjoyed having Bob and Susie both at the poker tables.  Bob was funny and a great coach, he taught me a lot about poker. He'll always be there in spirit.  May god grant his dear family strength and faith during their loss.  Love you Susie!

Although Bobby was a bit older then me at Sylvan he was always a nice guy to the more junior students. I later worked with him briefly at Heery in 1971 before I entered the Army .....again, he treated others with dignity and was himself a well respected engineer. He will be remembered as one of "the good guys".

Bobby was one of those who always seemed to have a perpetual grin and a positive view of life. I was a class ahead of him but shared some classes with him.

We will miss you dearly Uncle Bobby - Rest in peace.

Shelby:  Thanks so much for sharing a part of your father's life.  Although I did not know him personally, I feel a sense of connection through you.  The photo gallery is awesome, and I hope it will help you to remember the good times--as "time" helps you to find a little bit of comfort. May God continue to bless you and your family.

I will always remember Bob singing Karaoke at Glenna and Sean's house.  We were all surprised what a nice voice he has and how much he seemed to get out of his shyness.  He was a very nice person and it will be hard not having him around.  That is the what happens every day from now one.  My heart goes out to you Susie and Shelby and Matthew.
