Born in Pittston, Pennsylvania on July 20, 1925, Ruth spent many years living in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Wisconsin before moving to Buford, Georgia in 2005 to be near her loving family. She loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her three grandchildren, and never missed an episode of her favorite television show, Jeopardy! Ruth was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine Eiden, her father, Frank Didgeon, both of Pittston, PA, and her sister Marie Farrell of Tom’s River, NJ. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Catherine Aielli and Joseph Aielli (GA); her grandchildren, Michelle (Aielli) and her husband Matthew Ostrow (NY), Joseph Aielli Jr. (GA), and Laura Aielli (GA); her great-grandchildren Charlotte Ostrow and Stella Ostrow (NY); her nephews Albert Farrell (NJ), William Farrell (NJ), John Farrell (NJ), and her niece Denise DiIorio (NJ), and their families.
