Born on October 8, 1947 in Pangasinan, Philippines, to Gregorio Garcia and Maria Caloracan Garcia. Aurelio came from a humble family in Bugallon, Pangasinan. He was the youngest and loved by all his older brother and sisters. Despite challenging times during his younger years, he was able to find work at the famous restaurant called Aristocrat in Manila. There he learned to cook and later became a Chef. He later worked on an ocean tanker shipping company as a cook then found his dream job at Disneyland's Steakhouse 55, when he later arrived in the United States. He was a Castmember at Disneyland for more than 24 years. He was a hardworking Chef, loved and respected by all his coworkers. He retired in 2013 as he needed to take care of his health.
His friends and family ones described him as a loving, generous, joyful, funny and gentle person. His brother and sister in laws loved him very much, earning him the nickname "Bayaw", which meant brother-in-law but said in a certain way that even meant more than just a brother in law. He was more like a real brother. Despite his busy schedule at work, he still found the time to help cook for his family especially during special events and holidays. He loved to help others and Aurelio cared for so many which is why everyone loved him.
He is a big sports fan. His favorite to watch is boxing and the basketball. His favorite boxer is Manny Pacquiao. His favorite team is the Los Angeles Lakers. His most favorite moments is whenever the lakers win the championship or whenever the pacman wins his fight.
He enjoyed playing with his grandchildren, doing home improvements of his home and best of all playing in the casino. He loved going to Las Vegas, Pechanga and Casino Morongo. Aurelio loved to bring all his family, especially his mother-in-law Gregoria Gonzalez to all the casinos. It is during his trips to the casinos that he is the most happiest because his family is there to enjoy with him.
