Allen was born in Canton, Hoi Ping on December 18, 1935. He passed away on May 27, 2012 in Sacramento, CA. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, a son and daughter-in-law, a daughter and son-in-law, a younger brother, an older sister, a younger sister and two grandsons.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 1 from 4-8pm with services on Saturday, June 2 at 11:30 am both at Harry A. Nauman & Son Land Park Chapel, 4041 Freeport Blvd. Burial to follow directly after at East Lawn Memorial Park, 4300 Folsom Blvd.
