He is survived by beloved children Janice Zipporah Webster, Andrew Duncan Collins Jr, Barbara Ann Collins, Iris Cristel Walker, and Romandia Lashone Collins of Sacramento and Eugene Scott Collins of Oklahoma; nine cherished grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Andrew was preceded in death by 1 precious granddaughter.
Loving brother to Roy Leonard Collins of West Sacramento, California, Ralph Collins and Annette Rollins of Jackson Mississippi and Josie McDaniel of Fernwood, Mississippi. Preceded in death by brothers William and Elmo Collins and sisters Hattie Dillon and Clarie Tobias.
