Frances Louise Tipton, born on October 7, 1927 in Berkeley, California, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2015. Frances is survived by her children: Dennis Tipton, Patti Riens, Brian (Leslie) Tipton, and Michael (Robin) Tipton. She will be missed by many, including her ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, with two on the way. Family and friends are invited to her service on Friday, March 6th at 10:30 am, at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento with a committal service to follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, 6700 21st Avenue, Sacramento
