

As a child he was raised in Tulare California and eventually lived in Manteca California and worked as a teenager in San Joaquin and Tulare counties with his family in agriculture and farming.
He met his high school sweetheart Lydia, at a track meet in Tulare California in 1963. Two years later they married in 1965 and lived in Manteca California briefly before settling in Sacramento California in 1970.
Larry was a very hard working and dedicated family man and devoted his time and passion to working hard and giving his loved ones the very best. He held an occupation in the Construction and Building industry with H C Muddox serving over 45 years.
Larry and Lydia raised four children in East Sacramento and supported every activity from Old Sacramento baseball, softball and coaching and managing soccer teams. Larry leaves a legacy of his beloved neighborhood on Santa Ynez way. His children, community, and family were the center of Larry's life.
Larry was known for working hours at a time working in his garden, preparing the soil to grow amazing vegetables and various flowers (his favorite being sunflowers).
Larry is survived by his wife of fifty years, Lydia Quinonez of Sacramento California, his children Elizabeth Cantu (Dan) of Sacramento. Larry M Quinonez (Erin) of Elk Grove, California. LenDee Lee Nemeth (Geoff) of Concord California. Late daughter Rebbeca Quinonez of Sacramento.
His beloved siblings Felix Quinonez Sr., Pauline Comarena, Corina De Leon, Jackie Quinonez, Jenny Paterson, Molly Banuelos, Rosie Alvarado, Esther Muniz, and God Sister Delcy Lee Thut.
His Grandchildren, Danielle Lee, and Joshua Cantu, Akemi and Larenzo Quinonez, Bekka, Sean, Zoey and Autumn Nemeth.
and preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Patricia Serna Quinonez of Manteca, California.
Services will be held Monday, February 22nd at 12 pm at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home @ 5401 Folsom Blvd. Sacramento, California 95819
