He was survived by his three children Aron Graham, Amy Graham-Peeples and Dana Graham-Garrett. He had seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He lived a full and happy life as part the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints, Kit Carson Masonic Lodge, and Gold Wing Roderiders Association Through these organizations he donated to The Ronald McDonald House Charities, Shriners Children’s. For multiple years, he organized BloodSource blood drives in front of his home.
As a private citizen, for 11 yrs he volunteered as Santa’s helper. This was with his friend Ginny Allsion as Mr. and Mrs. Clause at the Sutter Pediatric Cancer wing.
Neal passed on August 22, 2024, while battling cancer.
