

Passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Sacramento on April 28, 2012 at the age of 88. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years May Fong Lee, his son Barry Lee, his daughter-in-law May Linn (Ong) Lee, his daughter Lily Hudson, his grandchildren Bryant Lee, Michelle Lee, Adrienne Lee, Michael Hudson, and Sarah (Hudson) Wiltbank, his grandson-in-law Devin Wiltbank, his great-granddaughter Kayla Wiltbank, his brother Lawrence Lee, and many other relatives. Philip was preceded in death by his father Lee Pong On and his mother Fong Shee. Philip was born in Toisan Province, China and immigrated to the United States at the age of 16. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army during World War II, earning six medals including a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star.
The family invites you to come pay your respects to Philip. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 11 from 4 PM to 7 PM at Harry A. Nauman and Son at 4041 Freeport Blvd. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 12 at 1 PM with the burial to follow immediately at East Lawn Memorial Park at 43rd Street and Folsom Blvd.
Philip was a quiet, modest man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His family would like to thank all of their family & friends for their loving care and support during this difficult time.
